| CH-Four Biogas Inc. (formerly Genesys Biogas Inc.) is a market-leading developer of biogas technology. Founded in 2005, we are a Canadian company headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario and a satellite office in Vancouver, British Columbia. CH-Four Biogas systems have been developed based on direct access to more than a decade's worth of European resources, experience, and knowledge. We specialize in the design, installation, and optimization of anaerobic digestion systems and are active in the agricultural, municipal, and industrial sectors. In collaboration with a number of government agencies, industry leaders, and universities, CH-Four Biogas extensively researches various aspects of anaerobic digestion and biogas production. In 2003 the Klaesi brothers commissioned the first farm-based biogas plant in Canada that actually worked. They did so with some help from Thomas Boehni, the originator of wet fermentation in Switzerland. Genesys Biogas (today AXPO Genesys) continued to develop the biogas industry in Switzerland, based on Boehni’s experience. CH-Four did the same in Canada. Working with and building on the experience of the Klaesis, Boehni and Genesys. While the pioneer days have been challenging at times, today CH-Four can proudly proclaim that we have played an instrumental role, together with others, in developing the biogas industry in Canada. Some of our achievements include:
And we continue to enjoy the growth experienced by our client companies, and are excited about expanding our horizons. |
