CH-Four Biogas Inc. offers anaerobic digester kits (AD Kit), complete
with all specialized equipment and supplies to facilitate the development
of high-quality biogas projects throughout North America. Our kits also
include stamped engineering drawings, installation and operations
manuals.

By including only specialized equipment, project developers are able to
source many generic components locally, allowing for cost reduction and
support of their local economy.

Our AD Kits are offered in three sizes 500m³, 1000m³ and 1500m³. Each
AD Kit can be packaged with a containerized co-generation unit, if
desired. The AD Kit is tailored for conventional strip forming or with pre-
fabricated ICF blocks.

Site Considerations / Requirements:

  • Digester should be conveniently located to receive manure from
    barn(s)
  • The effluent from the digester will be piped to a lagoon or other
    such storage
  • "Standard" footing and grading design
  • No significant additional back fill material requirement

Construction Requirements:

  • CH-Four Biogas Inc. sources proven digester components
  • Digester design concept to be field-adjusted to suit site specific
    challenges
  • Locally available materials should be utilized when possible

Owner provides:

  • Soil tests
  • Site Plan
  • Manure piping to the digester, manure pump if needed


In addition, CHFour provides construction supervision, operations
training and biological consultation.
