Servicing a biogas system sometimes translates into downtime.  Minimizing unplanned instances is key. 

Our experts know what threatens the reliable performance of a digester system.  Thus, from inception, our systems are designed with a view toward long-term sustainability and operational efficiencies. 

CH Four offers the following services to ensure the optimal performance of its digester systems:

• Daily System Check.  This includes the review of essential system parameters, as well as the investigation of potential irregularities.  Suspicious parameters are communicated to the local operating staff, allowing for timely intervention and remediation.
• Laboratory Results Analysis.  Routine digestate and biogas analyses should be performed every three (3) months during system operations.  The gathered information will provide a solid baseline,  when changes are being considered to the system, for example expansion.  The data will be especially valuable to our experts who can design a transition plan ensuring minimal disruption to the system operations and performance under stressed conditions.
  
• System Upgrade Consulting.  We offer feedstock audits, regulatory reviews, and trouble shooting services to owners/operators of existing systems, even those not designed by CH Four.
  
• Environmental Compliance Consultations.  We review the current environmental regulations to ensure that your digester performance is maximized within that framework.
